You can record it during personalisation or upload a file from your phone or computer. Before production, we check that it plays correctly.
Does it start playing automatically?
Yes. Opening the card activates the mechanism and the audio starts from the beginning. Closing the card stops playback.
How long can it be?
The first version is designed for messages up to 120 seconds, enough for a clear, personal voice letter.
Can I personalise every card for a wedding?
Yes. We can use one shared design and change each guest’s name, text or audio. Large orders receive a tailored quote.
What happens if my photo or audio quality is poor?
We do not begin production without checking it. We will contact you to request a better version or help fix it.
Can it be returned?
Purchase, cancellation and return terms will be published before the shop opens. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
